Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact support@senrico.com as soon as possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Select the gift wrap option at checkout and include a personal note if you'd like.

How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view tracking information in your account.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Visit our returns portal or email support@senrico.com with your order number to receive a prepaid return label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll be notified by email.

Each item includes a care label with specific instructions. Generally, we recommend gentle wash, cold water, and air drying to preserve fabric quality.
What sizes do you offer?
Our sizes range from XS to XXL. Refer to the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements.

We prioritise responsibly sourced fabrics and work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical production.
